An oval beaded bead pendant hangs from a twisted herringbone rope. Smaller beaded beads create even more texture along the rope.
Made with Swarovski pearls and crystals, permanent finish seed beads, and other seed beads, the necklace is 16" long plus the 1 1/2" pendant. The pendant can also be strung horizontally between the rope sections if a rounded profile is preferred.
The pattern for this necklace is 8 pages long and includes detailed instructions.
This is an beginning to intermediate project. Techniques used include netted rope and twisted tubular herringbone. Knowledge of these techniques are not required, as each step is explained in detail in the pattern; however, prior knowledge of the stitches is useful.
