Shipping Info
Patterns have no shipping or handling. Once payment is received, you will be able to download your pattern immediately.
Jewelry and art pieces are shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. Many items are custom made, so please allow additional time to create your made-to-order pieces.
Returns
Patterns are not returnable. Jewelry or art can be returned for repair within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item that is still in saleable condition, it can also be returned within 30 days for store credit only. Custom pieces are usually not returnable.
